MARY MARCH HEARING SET FOR OCTOBER 25 -- 26, 2010

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire -- July 21, 2010) The directors of Canstar Resources Inc. (TSX.V: ROX) have been advised by their legal counsel, Mr. Jim Thistle, that the Mary March hearing, scheduled for July 19th, has been postponed until October 25th and 26th.

The reason for the postponement is due to the fact that legal counsel for Vinland Resources wanted extra time set aside for the hearing. Legal counsel for the other parties had wanted no more than two days, which was not available at an earlier date because of scheduling conflicts with the courts.

We are obviously very disappointed with this further delay. However we continue to be optimistic that the courts will resolve this dispute in Canstar's favour and we can resume exploration on the property.

The directors wish to thank shareholders for their support and patience through this long standing dispute

On behalf of the Board of Directors

Harry J. Hodge, P.Eng.
Chairman
