Mr. Deluce is the President and Chief Operating Officer of CSAE Inc., an aircraft leasing, financing and management company covering Canada and the USA, Central and South America, Africa and the Middle East. Formerly Mr. Deluce was President and CEO of C&C Yachts Limited (1985-1986), Air Ontario Inc. (1986-1991), Wingco Leasing Inc. (1988-1991), South African Express Airways (Pty) Ltd. (1992-1996), SMT Surface Modification Technologies Inc. (1998-2000) and McComas Industries International Inc. (1998-2000). He is currently a Director of St. Michael's Hospital Foundation, CSAE Inc. and Nikron Technologies. Mr. Deluce is a former Director of Canadian Tire Corporation and South China Industries.
